Shipments
Orders, except for custom orders, are shipped within 24/48 working hours after receiving payment. When your package leaves the workshop you will receive an email with the locator so that you can track its shipment.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, send us an email to hola@rierajoies.com as soon as possible. If the purchase has already been confirmed, it will not be possible to make a direct return, but you have different options:

  1. Change the piece for another (if the price is higher, you will have to pay the difference).
  2. Get a gift card with no expiration, which you can use yourself or give as a gift.

In the event that the piece has already been sent at the time of cancellation, it will be necessary to manage the return and assume the costs of resending it to the workshop.

Exchanges and returns
If the piece is not what you expected, you have 15 days to request a return by writing to us by email. If the size is not correct, you can choose between:

  1. Change the piece for another (if the cost is higher, you will have to pay the difference).
  2. Get a gift card without expiration.
  3. In all cases, the shipping costs of the new shipment will be borne by the buyer.
